Live cooking with flying dinner

Combine food stations with the flying dinner, various delicacies are prepared directly in front of the guests and other delicacies are served in several courses. This means that all guests on our decks can enjoy our wonderful culinary creations at the same time.

Appetizers from the kitchen

  • Roasted cauliflower salad with hummus, sesame seeds and pomegranate
  • Cream of asparagus soup with tempura and chervil
  • Vegan: Baked kohlrabi with caramelized carrots and herb dip


Live cooking stations

  • Pink roasted roast beef from free-range cattle sliced live in front of the guest with port wine jus and home-baked bread
  • Homemade parmesan pasta with limonene sauce and meadow herbs
  • Roasted trout with pea puree, horseradish and sprouts (L)
  • German hot dog from the grill with homemade sauerkraut and BBQ mustard dip


Dessert

  • Waffle station with apple sauce, chocolate or morello cherries
